Our trainers are Certified through NASM and ISSA. We have on staff a female trainer that is a competitive power lifter, so not only do we train others but we train ourselves to consistently improve our own fitness and Health.
Our training philosophy is simple, you have to start somewhere before you can get anywhere and it is more efficient and safe to have a knowledgeable, positive, motivating guide that will help you make it there.
Basically that coincides with the OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE TRAINING MODEL taught by National Academy of Sports Medicine.
